Renaud
Palliere (Founder & CEO) |

Mr. Palliere is President and CEO of
The H2H Group, Ltd. He has spent over 10 years in Mainland
China and Hong Kong, and gained international experience
in the petrochemical and telecommunications industries.
In 1999, Mr. Palliere raised private equity funding from North
American and Asian venture capital groups to co-found
ACE Ltd., an award-winning telecommunications firm offering
international bandwidth trading services. In 2002, he
moved on to head the marketing operations of Beyond the
Network, a then newly formed subsidiary of Hong Kong-based
Pacific Century Cyberworks (PCCW).
Renaud currently runs The H2H Group, a consulting firm specialized in providing advisory services in the media, telecoms and food and beverage industries, which he founded in 2003. In 2005, Renaud joint the Board of Directors of PVR Cinemas, India's largest cinema multiplex operators, as Independent Director.
He is also the executive director of HHR Ventures, a Hong Kong based investment management firm specialized in private equity placements and corporate finance advisory services with early stage telecom, media and consumer good ventures in Asia. Renaud graduated in contemporary history from La Sorbonne University, France. |

Tom
J. Hudak, Jr., CPA (CFO) |

Mr. Hudak graduated as a Certified Accountant
from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Business,
in 1977. Tom brings over 16 years of seasoned management
experience in the Asia-Pacific region. He has held CEO
and COO positions for various Fortune 500 companies, in
the technology, software and entertainment media sectors.
He has structured IPOs for USA-based/listed software firms
such as Computron, AXS2, and Staffware.
He was
CFO for KPS during presale activities to Blockbuster.
In the recent years, Tom has acted as Senior Consultant
to diverse international groups, such as Dairy Farm,
Walt Disney, 3I, and Bradmark.
Mr. Hudak is also a senior partner in RiverAsia and Partners-e
- two Hong Kong-based venture capital firms with investment
holdings in 25 global organizations. |

Gary
K. Woolerton (CIO) |

Mr. Woolerton
brings over 10 years of experience in the IT industry
in Asia, where he first joined Attunity, a distributor
reporting both tools and middleware solutions.
In 1997, he began specializing in
the e-commerce sector as founding CTO of Boom Securities
(www.boom.com), and ACE Ltd.
In 1999, he became Managing Director
of the Strategic Capital Group's technology subsidiary.
While there, he was in charge of overseeing the production
of online travel, 'Bricks-and-Clicks' cosmetics, and
their financial software solutions
Today he heads up Wild Technology Ltd., an R&D company,
which delivers services to the financial, telecom, construction,
cosmetics, and publishing industries. Their clients include
government and corporate clients such as The Government
of Hong Kong, SAR, HongKong Land, and PCCW. |

Asad Sultan (India) |

Asad is a founder and co-owner of IDOL Films, an independent producer of
"crossover" feature films in India. Previously, he served as CEO for the
Asian subsidiary of NYSE-listed global program trading specialist ITG
Securities. His mandate consisted of introducing ITG in Asia, and
overseeing their acquisition of regional institutional stockbroker Hoenig
Far East.
Asad is a twelve year veteran of the global investment banking industry,
including eight years in Asia. He started his career with Citibank in
New York, Tokyo and London. In Asia he represented NYSE-listed financial
information giant Primark Inc. Subsequently, he headed Japan's Daiwa
Securities' Indonesia, Malaysia and India equity desk. He was also the
architect of Australia's Macquarie Bank's successful Asian equity sales
and trading operations from Hong Kong. Asad is a graduate of New York City's Fordham University's MBA program, and an undergraduate from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.Asad is a US citizen and a permanent resident of both India and Hong Kong. |

Tom Kennedy (Studio Relations -North America) |

Mr. Kennedy has over twenty years of motion picture advertising experience. In 1977, Tom assumed the post of Senior Editor/Producer/Project Director at Kaleidoscope Films. In 1992, Tom took on the role of Executive Producer and Partner at Cimarron Bacon O'Brien.
In 1997, Tom became Senior Vice President of Creative Advertising at MGM/UA. In 2000, Mr. Kennedy made the decision to head up Technical Knockout Pictures, Inc., a company specializing in the creation and production of audiovisual (trailer) campaigns for Hollywood's major motion picture studios.
Some of Mr. Kennedy's film campaigns include "The Empire Strikes Back", "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom", "Return of the Jedi", "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", "The Terminator", "Basic Instinct", "Get Shorty", the first four "Star Trek" films, "Broken Arrow", "Tomorrow Never Dies", "The Man in the Iron Mask", "Ronin", "The Thomas Crown Affair", "Red Corner", and "X-men". |

Jacques Palliere (Europe) |

Mr. Palliere has nearly 30 years of experience in international marketing sales of heavy machinery plants for the corrugated board packaging industry.
Mr. Palliere worked as international sales manager for a French company Martin SA based in Lyon until 1986. During his tenure, he was responsible for transforming this European market oriented manufacturer into a world leading industry participant operating on all continents, particularly in Mainland China, Japan and South-East Asia, with a turnover in excess of 80% in international sales. Then he joined a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industry (MHI), a market leader in the packaging industry, and managed its activities in several European countries until 2001.
Today, Jacques heads Jalta SARL, a company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of European packaging equipment and providing consulting services to several industry groups. |
