Support
Post-sales services and customer support is paramount to H2HD.
While our technology vendors provide first time installation and setup services upon delivery of the purchase equipment, we support and maintain our customer premises equipment (CPE) either directly or through our local system integration partners in Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, etc.
While most of our post-sales and support services are covered under an initial 12-month warranty contract, theater owners can rely on us to provide ongoing maintenance and support services so they can concentrate on their core business.
