We are able to achieve this by combining
traditional customer support tools with astate-of-the-art web-based

Warranties
Through its agreements with varied technology vendors, H2HD is able to extend to the end user - theaters a minimum of 12 month warranty on any products and all the internal components of the products purchased through us.

Through its partnership with telecommunications service providers, H2HD's Cinema Channel Network™ (CCN) is backed by stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that commit us to delivering an utmost quality and availability of service.
